Toasted White with Banana and Cinnamon

This moreish new bar combines our 38% Toasted White Chocolate with banana chips and cinnamon. The base chocolate is made with our Nicaraguan cocoa butter, which retains a lovely natural chocolate aroma and a hint of acidity, perfectly complementing the milk powder which has been heavily toasted to bring out a biscuity aroma. We finish this bar with by hand sprinkling banana chips and ground cinnamon which help bring out the biscuit and butterscotch notes of the chocolate. Think banoffee pie meets cinnamon bun!
