Fan boy moment. Chloé Doutre-Roussel wrote the first book I ever read about chocolate (The Chocolate Connoisseur). That inspired me and probably a lot of other chocolate makers to make the brown stuff. When she asked to come visit me I can safely say I recoiled into nervous teenager mode, but I managed to remain vaguely normal. Of course, she was utterly charming and I'm even more of a fan boy than before. Good day.
